Celebrating the 6th year since the establishment of the Hong Kong International Culinary Art Association, we were honored to be invited to this gathering of respected chefs in Chinese cuisine from all over Hong Kong. Along with the release of our 5kg and 250g products to larger markets, we were pleased to introduce new products that would cater perfectly to the needs of these chefs.

Being among the best and brightest chefs, it was inspiring to see the spread of influence of revered chefs cultivating and guiding the younger, upcoming generation.
